This truck maker showcased its Tier 4 H450HDS truck at the ConExpo-Con/Agg 2011 show in Las Vegas. The model meets the revised U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Tier 4 Interim emissions standards for off-highway diesel engines.
The H450HDS provides durability, reliability and increased maneuverability for more efficient load handling while decreasing the cost of operation and increasing productivity levels. With a lifting capacity of 45,000 lbs. and 36-in. load center and 138-in. wheelbase, the truck is unique in its capacity class and is superior for applications where a tight turning radius is critical.
The H450HDS truck’s engine has Cummins’ renowned quality and durability built in. The Cummins QSB6.7 Tier 4 Interim engine features advanced electronic, high-pressure, common-rail fuel systems, a variable geometry turbocharger, cooled exhaust gas recirculation and diesel particulate filtration.
