Con-E-Co Unveils Self-Erecting Lo-Pro Decumlative Batch Plant

Set for a premier this month in Las Vegas at 2014 World of Concrete, the Lo-Pro 327D model has time- and labor-saving potential, underscored by self-erecting and self-leveling features enabling installation without a crane. The plant can be erected on steel mats, eliminating the need for concrete foundations. It features large capacity (16 yd.) aggregate weighing bins with a low 10 ft., 7 in. charging height.

The Lo-Pro 327D will anchor the Con-E-Co equipment display at World of Concrete, Las Vegas Convention Center Booth N1019.

A central dust control system, including truck mixer shroud, and optional frame-mounted water weigh batcher travel in place, further negating crane requirements. In addition, the optional frame-mounted diesel generator travels in place, and a power supply at remote job sites is not required, eliminating the need for field electrical connections and additional freight.

“The Lo-Pro 327D hydraulically self-erects, and offers many travel in place features; set-up time, labor, and material costs are, therefore, significantly reduced,” says Con-E-Co General Manager Neil Smith. “The plant’s design directly translates to enhanced productivity. Our mission is to listen and respond to the needs of ready-mixed concrete producers, and the 327D is the newest representation of that mission.”
